Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ experience in operations management, business strategy, or top-tier consulting
  • Leadership and expertise in management consulting, corporate strategy, customer experience, and operations management (retail/consumer business experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to drive large, complex, cross-functional projects and strategic planning

Responsibilities

  • Incubate, launch, test, and scale initiatives that enhance last mile customer experience and loyalty
  • Anticipate, analyze, and address key challenges to improve last mile operations
  • Leverage industry research and insights to evaluate and strengthen last mile strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners to drive business success
  • Lead Walmart last-mile externalization, including QSRs (Quick-Service Restaurants) and LocalFinds
  • Manage strategic operations for last mile delivery, focusing on fulfilling customer demand
