Requirements

5+ years in a digital marketing role focused on pipeline generation
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven success managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Deep understanding of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), tracking tools, and attribution models
Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and growing teams
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize marketing performance
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Experience in vertical SaaS or legal tech industries is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, aligning with Filevine’s business goals
Oversee multi-channel campaigns (PPC, affiliate, ABM, connected TV, social media, paid ads) to meet performance KPIs and maximize ROI
Execute awareness campaigns for brand visibility and ABM strategies to target high-value accounts
Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, social media, display, programmatic) and optimize affiliate partnerships
Lead and mentor a performance marketing team, fostering a collaborative culture and providing professional development
Analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with analytics teams for accurate tracking and optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, creative, product marketing, sales, and finance teams to align on assets, lead quality, and budgets
Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance effectiveness and forecast ROI
