Expertise in leading the design of cohort-based learning journeys from intake to impact, addressing key performance needs and business objectives
Proficiency in applying adult learning theory, behavioral science, and UX principles to craft emotionally engaging, high-impact learning experiences
Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging learning technologies to personalize, accelerate, and scale learning (e.g., intelligent content delivery, smart nudges, skill-based learning paths)
Skills in building supporting assets such as toolkits, microlearning, and AI agents to reinforce learning beyond the classroom
Ability to design culturally responsive experiences that honor norms and preferences across a global workforce
Exclusive facilitation capabilities for signature learning experiences, including onboarding, manager development, and leadership programs
Expertise in setting standards for engaging, inclusive facilitation and leading rituals/group experiences to build trust, connection, culture of growth, and accountability
Proficiency in using feedback loops, usage patterns, and behavior signals to continuously improve learning design and delivery
Experience partnering with People Analytics and other Centers of Excellence (COEs) to define success metrics and track effectiveness of learning investments

Responsibilities

Leverage AI tools and emerging learning tech to personalize, accelerate, and scale learning, including intelligent content delivery, smart nudges, and skill-based paths

Design culturally responsive experiences for Moloco’s global workforce
Serve as the exclusive facilitator for signature learning experiences (onboarding, manager skills, leadership development)
Set facilitation standards and lead rituals/group experiences to build trust, connection, and reinforce culture
Use feedback loops, usage patterns, and behavior signals to iterate on learning design and delivery
Partner with People Analytics and COEs to define metrics and measure learning impact
