Requirements

  • Proficiency in Tableau
  • 4+ years of working experience
  • Experience working with diverse data sources across multiple channels to produce insights
  • Proficient knowledge of digital activation and understanding of the levers a digital marketer may pull to influence marketing outcomes
  • Experience maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities combined with a careful approach to process
  • Experience delivering lift/testing/experimentation for optimizing creative, media, and other marketing factors
  • Hands-on experience with digital media buying platforms in programmatic, display, video, search, and social channels
  • Experience of CRM/CDP/email marketing platforms and data (Salesforce, Segment, Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc) and omni-channel marketing
  • Knowledge of Python/R or SQL

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and partners to clarify goals and timings to define dash-boarding solutions, cover data sources, data collection, schema, and visual design
  • Work with the Sales & Partnerships team and other capabilities to present the benefits of Tableau and other BI tools and their features to prospects and existing clients, depending on their challenges
  • Contribute to the design of collateral and processes to develop the practice further and improve the product portfolio
  • Define a measurement framework that is reflective of account strategies by identifying the proper data sources and KPIs aligned to business goals and illustrate campaign effectiveness
  • Plan measurement proposals to evaluate and refine activity, including test and learn, conversion lift studies and deeper analysis
  • Identify opportunities to solve recurring client challenges and improve the product portfolio
  • Be the point of contact for all analytics related issues, working with a team of Data planning and BI team members
  • Be seen as the team's first port of call for daily marketing analytics enquiries, while driving the long term strategic vision of our client's measurement framework, testing agenda, and dash-boarding solutions
