Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing research, data analytics, consulting, or a related area. Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Insights Consulting will lead qualitative and quantitative research on General Merchandise shopping behaviors and industry trends to uncover meaningful insights. They will serve as a strategic advisor to Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams, providing research-backed recommendations to influence decision-making. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, translating complex findings into compelling narratives for senior leadership, and applying advanced analytics and visualization tools. Responsibilities also include managing third-party vendors, ensuring timely project execution, making omni-channel recommendations with a customer-centric approach, and mentoring associates to foster a culture of curiosity and innovation.
