Responsibilities

  • Ensure alignment across clinical, technical, and business unit teams working on Governance with Epic tools
  • Lead effective cross-functional meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and accountability
  • Deliver concise executive-level reporting to leadership on status, risks, and decisions needed
  • Engage stakeholders, drive clarity and accountability, and develop/maintain relationships across the Enterprise, including presenting and communicating with key networks
  • Support adoption of Epic updates by partnering with operational leadership, clinical teams, and technical teams to manage change management
  • Implement feedback loops to gather and act on stakeholder feedback
  • Define and drive execution pathways by translating strategic goals into actionable project plans
  • Set and manage milestones, including clear deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across workstreams
  • Maintain project documents and timelines using tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Visio) to track progress and adjust proactively
  • Coordinate team or group activities with CVS Health and vendor staff resources
  • Provide guidance and direction to project teams and direct reports on planning and execution of projects, technical and functional standards and practices, processes and procedures, and career development
  • Participate in Epic software governance, quality and safety initiatives, and quality improvement activities for the organization
