Responsibilities
Manage the development and implementation of Marketing Communications campaigns and programs to achieve subscriber and revenue goals
Execute Marketing Communications strategies, campaigns, and programs; determine design and product messaging; review final development and advertising tactics
Oversee competitive marketing and tracking programs
Develop financial and operational objectives and ensure alignment with business objectives
Contribute to functional strategy development and manage one or more groups of professional employees
Work with area, division, and corporate contacts to ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and outreach efforts
Direct agencies and local resources to design targeted acquisition campaigns for diverse marketplaces
Collaborate with personnel to execute Marketing Communications strategies across all media for new and existing products or services
Manage creative development of all marketing tactics (e.g., direct mail, brochures, web content, sales letters, flyers, newsletters, newspaper/radio advertising)
Consult with leadership on strategy, content, design, and production of marketing materials; ensure content accuracy
Provide leadership and direction to Marketing Communications personnel; develop and implement methods, practices, and policies
Serve as liaison with Public Relations and other parties to maintain project goals, timelines, and budgets; communicate programs internally and externally
Partner with Media Services to develop media plans for retention and acquisition
Maintain regional marketing calendar; track expenses and accruals
Develop and implement mechanisms for response analysis to determine ROI on campaigns and programs
Perform other duties as assigned
