Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and implementation of Marketing Communications campaigns and programs to achieve subscriber and revenue goals
  • Execute Marketing Communications strategies, campaigns, and programs; determine design and product messaging; review final development and advertising tactics
  • Oversee competitive marketing and tracking programs
  • Develop financial and operational objectives and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Contribute to functional strategy development and manage one or more groups of professional employees
  • Work with area, division, and corporate contacts to ensure consistency of brand voice, messaging, and outreach efforts
  • Direct agencies and local resources to design targeted acquisition campaigns for diverse marketplaces
  • Collaborate with personnel to execute Marketing Communications strategies across all media for new and existing products or services
  • Manage creative development of all marketing tactics (e.g., direct mail, brochures, web content, sales letters, flyers, newsletters, newspaper/radio advertising)
  • Consult with leadership on strategy, content, design, and production of marketing materials; ensure content accuracy
  • Provide leadership and direction to Marketing Communications personnel; develop and implement methods, practices, and policies
  • Serve as liaison with Public Relations and other parties to maintain project goals, timelines, and budgets; communicate programs internally and externally
  • Partner with Media Services to develop media plans for retention and acquisition
  • Maintain regional marketing calendar; track expenses and accruals
  • Develop and implement mechanisms for response analysis to determine ROI on campaigns and programs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
