  • Both agency (consulting, market research, media agency, EC ISV, etc.) and leading MNC consumer brands in-house working experience, >10 years
  • Proven skills of stakeholder influence with excellent communication skills across matrix organizations
  • Language proficiency both in English and Chinese
  • Expert level knowledge of EC (Alibaba/JD) and Digital Media (Tencent/Red/Bytedance), and search (Baidu/GEO) platform data tools and analytics methodology
  • Experience delivering insights that inform critical business decisions

Responsibilities

  • Support BI&A leader to 0-1 build eCommerce analytics & data capability for Lilly China, quick onboarding high-quality deliverables with business impact, and build strategic full-funnel close-loop media and eCommerce analytics framework
  • Support to deliver EC full funnel diagnosis as key business/brand/A&P effectiveness and efficiency excellence enablers, for stakeholders (CMO, Finance, Consumer & Ecommerce leaders, etc.) with insight & opportunity & watch outs
  • Lead media and eCommerce platform data integration and automation, to support business agile decision making and timely actions
  • Collaborate with digital & tech to create faster, smarter AI-enabled analytics solutions that tackle eCommerce business pain-points (competitor surveillance, price elasticity monitoring, etc.)
  • Continuously bring in external best practices and strategic moves from leading players in the industry or winners from other industries
  • Drive cross-functional teams to implement data strategies, establishing an "analysis-decision-execution" closed loop
  • Efficiently manage EC data product development cycles to ensure deep alignment between analytical tools and business needs
