Responsibilities

This role involves leading a team to report financial performance, supporting senior finance leadership with financial planning, and setting team goals. The Senior Manager will manage, mentor, and coach team members, analyze financial trends and KPIs, and monitor report results to identify business opportunities and risks. They will also recommend process improvements, provide monthly performance packages to functional leaders, facilitate software metrics, optimize business operations through data-driven analyses, and perform tasks accurately in accordance with US GAAP and company policies.
