Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems and reporting processes, experience with budget and forecasting, and the ability to build financial models for customer profitability and scenario analysis. Experience in vendor management, pricing strategy, and preparing board and investor materials is also required. A proven track record of scaling financial operations and implementing process automation is necessary.

Responsibilities

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for bringing the corporate finance function in-house, establishing regular budget vs. actual reporting, and familiarizing themselves with current accounting workflows. They will own the budget process, develop rolling forecasts, build customer profitability models, and support strategic planning. Responsibilities also include streamlining vendor onboarding, creating financial reporting packages, developing multi-year financial models, leading pricing and margin modeling projects, preparing board and investor materials, and supporting capital allocation decisions and process automation.
