Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 15+ years of experience, or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 13+ years of industry experience, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related Physical Science with 10+ years of industry experience
  • Recent experience in Semiconductor process, product, or device engineering
  • Previous work experience with major semiconductor foundry or Integrated Device Manufacturer companies preferred
  • Previous project management experience preferred
  • Strong customer orientation, good communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, etc

Responsibilities

  • Manage Samsung foundry customer's programs in various process technologies
  • Work seamlessly with customer and internal departments from business development to new product introduction (NPI) to full production
  • Drive business growth by providing Samsung Foundry engineering services excellence
  • Act as primary technical account interface with the customer and all other functional teams in Samsung
  • Drive manufacturing teams to achieve production milestones to accomplish company business goals
  • Support internal account strategy plan and coordinate alignment of business and engineering executions
  • Provide customer satisfaction by responding to account actions and driving collaboration on technical and cost-effective solutions to meet customer and foundry goals
  • Partner with engineering and business groups to ensure new product introduction (NPI) activities meet customer schedule and technical requirements
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned
