Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience, including 4+ years covering sales and pipeline
  • Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred
  • Experience with consumption-based business models
  • Demonstrated success driving sales strategy, planning, and performance management
  • Expert-level modeling ability, translating complex business drivers into clear frameworks
  • Strong executive presence with proven ability to provide clarity and partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Salesforce, BI tool (e.g., Looker), and SQL
  • Experience in identifying business insights through analysis
  • Hustler mindset; proactive approach to identifying opportunities and problems to tackle

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead strategic finance partner to VP of Sales and their leads
  • Proactively create, drive, and partner on strategic initiatives that drive step-function growth of the business
  • Drive a considerable portion of long-range and annual planning processes, with primary focus on quota-setting, AE capacity, and top-down pipeline targets; build the strategic plan to accomplish goals
  • Own recurring reporting and forecasting to provide understanding of Sales & Pipeline drivers and actionable insights; share data-driven POV on business performance weekly with Leadership
  • Define and evolve KPIs that best measure business performance; collaborate with Data Analytics team to build predictive and automated analytics
  • Develop investment frameworks and drive decisions to determine how to scale the Sales business; define how to measure ROI and sales productivity
  • Manage a team with support of 1 dotted-line Sr. Analyst
