Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant cost accounting experience (Manufacturing or supply chain COGS experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies
  • Change management leadership across multiple business functions with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
  • Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving skills – the ability to explore strategic options, develop creative solutions to complex business issues, and/or support decision-making
  • Perform analyses that require the application of single or multiple financial and non-financial concepts and tools (e.g., NPV, IRR, Discounted Cash Flow, loss projection, exposure and risk assessment)
  • Working knowledge of internal control principles
  • Highly proficient in use of Excel (SAP and Power BI experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a supply chain finance subject matter expert and key resource for business partners
  • Prepares financial analysis, business case validation, and investment return analyses in support of Co-packer Negotiations, Capital Projects, Productivity Initiatives, and Strategic Projects for various stakeholders
  • Handles difficult, sometimes complex problems and issues requiring additional self-sought training, extensive independent investigation, alternative methods/applications, and/or deep analysis
  • Develops new insights into solutions that result in organizational improvements; promotes a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation, and rational risk-taking
  • Validates financial information, including work performed by Genpact (Financial Shared Services) partners, and corrects problems not immediately evident in existing reports, systems, or processes
  • Understands the financial consequences of decisions, economic value for the system, acts as an owner of the business, and makes decisions that ensure long-term value
  • Works comfortably with and communicates effectively to parties internal and external to the organization, including explaining, influencing, or gaining cooperation on policies, practices, and procedures
  • Brings diversity of thought with a high degree of intellectual curiosity and the drive to seek, share, and adopt ideas and best practices discovered within and outside the Company
  • Provides integration, contractual oversight, internal control environment, and financial accuracy for largest and most complex co-manufacturing facilities
  • Provides agile team support, project leadership, in-depth financial analysis, and supply chain manufacturing expertise to the Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT) and key business partners across various departments and levels of the OU (Operating Unit)
