Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in master data management, data product management, or enterprise data governance leadership roles. Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide data governance initiatives across multiple domains such as Product, Customer, and Supplier is required. Strong expertise in ERP, PIM, CRM, and PLM platforms like Oracle, SAP, Salsify, and Salesforce is necessary, along with proven experience defining and implementing governance councils, taxonomies, and hierarchy standards at scale. The ability to influence executive stakeholders and enforce accountability across functions, coupled with exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiences, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Master Data Management will define and drive the enterprise-wide vision and a 3-year roadmap for MDM, balancing immediate data quality fixes with long-term AI-readiness and scalability. They will establish and chair the Enterprise Data Governance Council, providing decision rights and escalation paths, and enforcing the adoption of taxonomies, hierarchies, and standards. This role involves leading integration strategy across key systems, sponsoring automation and AI/ML-driven solutions, and ensuring all master data domains are semantically enriched for AI discoverability. Additionally, the Senior Manager will engage with leaders across various departments, deliver standardized data endpoints, and hold functions accountable for compliance with standards and SLAs, while acting as an enterprise thought leader and mentoring other data professionals.
