Responsibilities

  • Manage design projects: Oversee execution of web design, email campaigns, social media assets, and marketing collateral, ensuring on-time delivery and brand alignment
  • Team leadership & development: Mentor and guide a junior designer, providing support, feedback, and fostering collaboration and high standards
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with marketing, product, and international design teams for cohesive visual identity and seamless integration in global campaigns
  • Brand alignment: Review and refine designs to ensure consistency, integrity, and adherence to brand guidelines and project objectives
  • Rebrand strategy & execution: Lead rebrand efforts from ideation through execution, campaign management, and delivery of creative outputs, as key contact with Executive Leadership and AOR
  • Support creative strategy: Contribute to creative strategies for marketing campaigns and brand refreshes, providing input on brand updates for international markets
  • Execution of design assets: Lead development and production of assets like landing pages, email layouts, artist images, and promotional materials aligned with company goals
  • Global collaboration: Coordinate with international design teams to maintain brand consistency and periodically sync globally
