Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Data Scientist will develop, implement, and apply state-of-the-art algorithms to address key business problems by working with stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing novel methods for integrating, mining, and visualizing diverse, high-dimensional data sets, and creating end-to-end image analysis pipelines with deep learning models on images. The role involves driving the development and implementation of innovative statistical methods and trial designs, as well as translating digital health analytics using modern data processing and learning capabilities like ML, AI, and deep learning. This includes formulating, implementing, testing, and validating predictive models and automated processes for scalable modeling results. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, data scientists, translational medicine scientists, statisticians, and IT professionals, to understand clinical requirements and translate them into actionable deep learning solutions. The role also involves managing resources to meet timelines for competing priorities, writing high-quality, documented code following best practices like test-driven development, and publishing research papers in top-tier venues.
