Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area and 5 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business development, or related area
- Preferred: Leading cross-functional projects

- Strong executional discipline
- Technical and business acumen to anticipate needs, connect insights, and enable strategic decision-making
- Comfort with digital tools and light analytics (navigate site experiences, interpret partner dashboards, connect performance data to strategic outcomes)
Responsibilities
- Manage program operations cadence for innovation activities (scheduling, agendas, pre-reads, notes, follow-ups, deliverables; keep aligned on timelines)
- Own innovation content coordination process (collecting, editing, formatting content for Innovation Memo, YBM, and Holiday)
- Manage partnerships (track progress across pilots and third-party integrations; translate technical updates into business summaries)
- Synthesize insights and updates for leadership summaries, dashboards, and presentations
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to organize and communicate innovation operations
- Support eCommerce strategy work (research, synthesis of insights, development of recommendations for key priorities and leadership discussions)
