Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Channel Account Managers to deliver revenue and growth objectives
  • Build and expand a high-value partner network, including resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances
  • Define and execute the UK channel growth strategy in alignment with Freshworks international goals
  • Drive joint business planning, partner enablement, and co-selling initiatives that accelerate performance and market share
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to strengthen partner engagement and pipeline generation
  • Ensure operational excellence through performance tracking, forecasting, and strategic use of channel metrics
  • Represent Freshworks as a trusted channel leader at key partner events, conferences, and executive meetings
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration within the team and partner network
