Responsibilities

  • Support Shipping & Delivery benefits from ideation through launch and optimization
  • Triangulate member needs, competitive landscape, internal capabilities, and data to identify opportunities and build business cases for new benefits & enhancements
  • Partner with relevant parties (e.g., eCommerce, Operations, Product, Finance, Consumer Insights & Data teams) to build, execute, and evaluate new benefits and enhancements
  • Analyze business metrics and member behavior to identify opportunities for benefit enhancements
  • Drive continuous optimization of existing benefits by identifying areas of opportunity and securing buy-in from key partners and leadership
  • Identify, address, and communicate member benefit impact of enterprise eCommerce changes with cross-functional partners
