Requirements

  • Senior level B2B sales experience, particularly in digital product or solutions
  • Experience selling to fintech customers, banks, ERP or procurement system providers, acquirers or acquiring gateways, procurement networks, or procurement-related entities

Responsibilities

  • Build adoption of the Visa network and Visa commercial products for B2B use cases (physical, virtual, and mobile formats), focusing on large market, middle market, and specific high-potential verticals in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands)
  • Develop understanding of Visa's range of solutions for B2B opportunities, including Visa network capabilities and partner-delivered solutions (e.g., Visa Commercial Pay suite and mobile solutions), collaborating with acquirers
  • Work with VCS Central Europe and Hub teams to understand the technology environment around procurement and T&E in Europe (e.g., ERP providers, procurement networks, corporate travel ecosystems, Fintechs in payments, optimization, or receivables processing)
  • Build relationships with key organizations and collaborate with the partnerships team to create referral or reseller partnership opportunities
  • Act as a highly experienced, confident, expert, and consultative member of the VCS team, working with Issuers and their customers, and autonomously pursue relevant prospects in the region
  • Identify B2B payment challenges (e.g., Procurement), design optimal payment solutions using Visa products in collaboration with Product and Solution sales teams, and manage opportunities through to implementation across Central Europe and various industry segments
  • Master understanding of B2B payments and services (e.g., account-to-account domestic/cross-border, request-to-pay, Open Banking models) and relate them to buyer/supplier transactions, including the growing B2B marketplace environment
  • Support Visa account executives and sales managers to grow portfolios in B2B Payments (Procurement and Travel & Entertainment), scout and develop self-generated opportunities in segments without existing Visa footprint, help Issuers develop strategies, support key deals, and manage new Visa partners in the corporate environment
