Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics and testing functions, managing a team of analysts to drive evolution of best-in-class sports company
  • Own multiple workspaces/business domains end-to-end across Technology and Marketing teams
  • Act as connector and strategic guide for managers and analysts across domains and initiatives
  • Manage complex matrixed team to deliver impactful, strategic analytics and insights realizing organizational value
  • Demonstrate people leadership, guiding strategy and advising Executive leadership data-led
  • Set goals, priorities, and processes related to Analytics function and supported domains
  • Oversee multiple initiatives, flexing priorities as business needs shift
  • Uncover opportunities and communicate/action analytics with business leadership and technology organization
  • Design and lead testing with result presentation
  • Serve as visionary in analytics space, identifying forward-looking insights to drive strategy (specific to Media: drive holistic media performance; specific to Loyalty & Personalization: support loyalty and targeted marketing)
