Responsibilities

  • Set goals, priorities, and processes for Analytics function supporting Merchandising & Inventory teams, overseeing multiple initiatives and flexing priorities as needed
  • Serve as point of escalation and guide engagement/structure within broader team
  • Guide, coach, and mentor junior analysts to develop high-quality, timely deliverables and support career development
  • Act as strategic advisor to business stakeholders, including executives, translating data into insights to shape decisions
  • Conduct proactive discovery, goal setting, reactive root cause analysis, measurement, and ad hoc support for trends and metrics
  • Partner with Data Engineering to design scalable data pipelines, data warehousing, inform data model requirements, and prototype reporting elements
  • Own data, insights, and measurement strategy for Inventory end-to-end
  • Lead analytics support through executive-facing deliverables with succinct storylines and project plans
  • Work with business leaders to develop actionable insights
  • Manage team to deliver impactful, outcome-oriented insights driving strategy and measurement in inventory space
