Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead Independent Agency Strategy & Growth: Set vision, strategy, and operating plan for WMC’s Self-Service Independent Agency program; ensure engagement across new, existing, and lapsed agencies; identify high-potential agency cohorts, regional clusters, and vertical opportunities
  • Drive Scaled Education & Evangelization: Build and implement scalable frameworks to educate agencies on WMC value props, activation best practices, campaign optimization, and product roadmap; design repeatable playbooks, office hours, webinars, and self-serve learning modules
  • Accelerate Activation & Incremental Investment: Oversee proactive outreach to drive onboarding, repeat investment, and self-service tool usage; partner with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Operations for materials, insights, and training
  • Manage a High-Performing Team: Lead, coach, and develop Partner Managers and Specialists; establish goals, dashboards, and metrics for accountability and growth
  • Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay agency feedback to Product, Marketing, Operations, and Measurement; influence roadmaps; track adoption trends, whitespace, and program impact with data/analytics
  • Represent WMC Within the Independent Agency Ecosystem: Develop relationships with agency owners, media directors, and platform leads; attend industry events and conferences to expand presence
