Responsibilities

  • Develops and delivers detailed technology services through managed services project activities requiring specialized knowledge of IQVIA's products and technical expertise
  • Identifies additional product/services opportunities for clients and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision
  • Focuses on quality in all aspects of work and follows established standards of excellence
  • Supports problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment
  • Supports and resolves Service Requests using the incident management tool, CSM
  • Coordinates the routing and handling of Requests For Change to the next level of support under broad supervision
  • Escalates issues relating to product support or product operations to the next level of support
  • Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements
  • Manages projects including interaction with company and client managers and cost/schedule monitoring
