Requirements

Proven track record of developing and deploying LLM-based solutions in an enterprise setting as a senior/staff scientist
Proficiency in Python
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and spaCy
Strong understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5)
Experience with fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSpy)
Understanding of LLM models, including VectorDBs and document loaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to research, scope, and validate use cases for LLMs
Design, develop, and fine-tune LLMs for applications like chatbots, virtual assistants, and text generation
Establish processes and tools for data curation, preprocessing, augmentation, labeling, and annotation
Serve as a technical thought leader, increasing AI fluency within the business through training and mentoring
Ensure LLM applications adhere to ethical standards and comply with regulations
Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM-based solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI-driven applications
