Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience, and may hold a Master’s or PhD. They must demonstrate experience in building and shipping production-ready AI agents, designing workflows, implementing NLP and LLM components, and working within an MLOps environment. Experience with sentiment analysis, real-time conversation evaluation, and behavior optimization is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, the individual will be responsible for building and shipping AI agents that automate healthcare workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting end-to-end development including data gathering and productionizing, implementing NLP and LLM-powered components, designing evaluation agents, contributing to analytics and predictive features, and translating complex ML workflows for stakeholders. They will also contribute to backlog velocity and own appropriate tickets to deliver high-impact work.
