Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience in developing, optimizing, and deploying ML systems in production environments. Strong proficiency in Python, coupled with expertise in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, is required, alongside extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in fine-tuning large language models for specific use cases. Clear communication skills are essential for conveying complex ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Senior ML Engineer will be responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing ML systems to deliver high-impact results, designing and implementing efficient training pipelines for ML models, continuously fine-tuning LLMs to align with enterprise requirements, establishing feedback systems to iteratively improve model effectiveness, collaborating with product and business teams to translate requirements into ML solutions, staying current with ML advancements, mentoring junior team members, and effectively communicating ML methodologies, results, and insights to stakeholders.
