Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior ML Engineer will be responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing ML systems to deliver high-impact results, designing and implementing efficient training pipelines for ML models, continuously fine-tuning LLMs to align with enterprise requirements, establishing feedback systems to iteratively improve model effectiveness, collaborating with product and business teams to translate requirements into ML solutions, staying current with ML advancements, mentoring junior team members, and effectively communicating ML methodologies, results, and insights to stakeholders.
