Requirements

Candidates must possess a PhD or Master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Computer Vision, Robotics, or a related field, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of 8+ years of impactful industry experience in machine learning is required, along with a deep understanding of generative AI, deep learning, computer vision, and recommendation systems. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, PyTorch, and PyTorch Lightning is essential, as is hands-on experience with large-scale distributed systems, ML pipelines, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), Docker, and programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or Rust. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and mentor engineering teams. Responsibilities include architecting and developing end-to-end machine learning systems with innovative architectures, optimizing and deploying scalable, GPU-optimized modeling algorithms for large-scale data in production, and building high-performance, maintainable platform features throughout the complete ML pipeline. The role involves collaborating with product management and engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions, designing and developing runtimes and libraries for emerging ML technologies, and contributing to detailed requirements and design documents.
