Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in regional logistics operations, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of international trade, customs, and bonded warehouse operations within Southeast Asia
  • Experience managing 3PL providers and subcontractor operations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365) and logistics execution tools
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Thai or Malay is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of 3PL warehouses and subcontractor logistics partners across Southeast Asia
  • Monitor and enforce service level agreements for inbound, outbound, and storage activities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies, HTS/ECCN export rules, and regional trade regulations
  • Lead and coordinate cycle counts across all regional warehouse locations
  • Conduct root-cause analysis with warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy
  • Ensure accurate data synchronization between ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365) and 3PL warehouse management systems
  • Manage customer shipments from regional warehouses, ensuring on-time delivery, complete documentation, and compliance with export/import regulations
  • Coordinate intercompany transfers between Southeast Asia manufacturing, subcontracting, and US sites
  • Review and approve commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation in line with global logistics standards
  • Analyze logistics KPIs (e.g., on-time shipment, inventory accuracy, freight cost, cycle time) to identify and implement process improvements
  • Partner with the US logistics, planning and sales teams to enhance end-to-end visibility and efficiency
  • Support regional cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement projects
