Requirements

The Senior Lifecycle Specialist must have experience managing complex employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision. They should possess sound knowledge of key jurisdictions and HR matters such as termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes, ensuring legal compliance and best practices. The role requires the ability to lead and facilitate meetings, influence and negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in drafting and administering termination documents accurately and managing offboarding processes on HRIS platforms is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Lifecycle Specialist will independently manage all employee exits for external employees, focusing on legal compliance, quality, and customer service. They will provide first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and coordinating resources. The specialist is also responsible for driving process improvements and initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals and values. This includes managing and resolving complex end-to-end employee exits, providing guidance on HR matters, leading meetings, negotiating terminations, liaising with stakeholders for compliance, drafting termination documents, and processing offboarding on the internal HRIS platform.
