Summary of Role

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive engagement, adoption, and revenue growth throughout the customer journey. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer touchpoints. The position is crucial for enhancing Deel's customer experience and retention by identifying key lifecycle moments for product introduction, feature adoption, and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns targeting prospects and customers across all journey stages to drive outcomes like product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention.
  • Identify critical moments in the customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products or guide desired behaviors, utilizing behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to assess effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs (onboarding, activation, cross-sell, engagement, retention, expansion).
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments across email, in-app messaging, and other digital channels to enhance messaging, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies, product positioning, feature launches, and overall customer experience across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing.
