Requirements

Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology sectors. They should possess a deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, activation, cross-sell, engagement, retention, and expansion. Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments are also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and implement multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey, driving key outcomes such as product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention. They will identify key moments within the entire customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products or guide desired behaviors, leveraging behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns, and partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align on strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
