Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Senior Legal Engineer, you will lead 5-15 customer implementations simultaneously, collaborating with team members to ensure successful project delivery and on-time completion. You will apply best practices to advise customers on contract management, leverage product expertise to build and enable customer systems, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, you will lead challenging conversations, serve as the ‘Voice of Customer,’ and respond to escalations while staying current with product releases and providing feedback to the Product team.
