Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in legal technology consulting, specifically focusing on discovery and data management. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL, are required, along with experience in legal hold and eDiscovery system implementations. Familiarity with data migration processes and techniques is also necessary.

Responsibilities

This role involves supporting multiple implementation engagements by participating in requirements gathering and solution design workshops with client leaders, preparing key project deliverables and documentation, configuring legal hold and eDiscovery systems, performing validation testing, and assisting with data analysis and migration activities. The Consultant will also contribute to client and project management activities, including client interviews, documenting business requirements, supporting the mapping of requirements to system capabilities, conducting research on industry trends, documenting project deliverables, assisting with user acceptance testing, and serving as a primary point of contact for client and vendor representatives. Additionally, the role encompasses data analysis and migration tasks, such as analyzing client data, documenting field mappings, performing data validation checks, and liaising with data migration engineers.
