Responsibilities

  • Serve as the legal lead for risk teams to address new and emerging regulatory risks, especially in highly regulated areas
  • Lead the review, drafting, and approval of procurement services agreements, especially in the technology category, including SaaS, payment processor, and strategic partnership agreements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, marketing, engineering, business units) to support revenue transactions and address legal and policy issues
