Responsibilities

  • Accountable for product and disease training for the US Oncology Business Unit, including design, development, and execution of training assets for new hire training, brand updates, selling skills, new product/indication launches, competitive product launches, POA meetings, and Field Readiness Meetings
  • Evaluate ongoing Commercialization Learning needs and recommend appropriate strategies, tactics, and budget planning for assigned products
  • Collaborate with training colleagues, Sales, Operations, Marketing leadership, and preceptors to implement results-focused, performance-based, standardized training and development processes
  • Strategic planning and development of a comprehensive sales training curriculum for use during training classes, POAs, and other national/regional/district meetings
  • Coordinate and align across matrix and cross-functional teams to ensure all training materials meet goals and objectives of Sales and Marketing
  • Ensure training resources (e.g., materials, workshops, infographics/job aids) meet all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements for assigned projects and initiatives
  • Deployment and delivery of a curriculum inclusive of key competencies: Selling Skills, Scientific Agility (clinical disease state knowledge, competitor and market landscapes), and Business Analytics
  • Work with and/or manage external vendors and internal personnel to ensure successful design and execution of assigned training programs and projects
  • Assess and analyze the effectiveness of assigned training programs and initiatives utilizing Kirkpatrick Model
  • Leverage the internal Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to design, develop, and deliver engaging adult learning experiences across eLearning, live, and virtual training modalities
  • Engage the WW Centre of Excellence to share/leverage assets
