Requirements

  • Partners with IT leaders and associates to identify and address performance and knowledge gaps through strategic learning solutions
  • Designs, delivers, and scales impactful learning experiences using performance consulting, adult learning theory, and instructional design best practices
  • Develops content and collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Influences departmental strategy and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues without direction
  • Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
  • Designs and develops engaging, learner-centered experiences, including storyboards, scripts, performance support tools, mobile learning, and manuals
  • Analyzes learning needs, writes effective learning objectives, and coordinates performance assessments
  • Ensures course materials are current and relevant
  • Tracks and analyzes training effectiveness via learner satisfaction, proficiency testing, and job performance improvement
  • Provides instruction and guidance to Facilitators
  • Selects and uses appropriate learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Vyond, Cornerstone on Demand) and collaborative tools
  • Comfortable leveraging AI to drive work outcomes
  • Facilitates live and virtual sessions as needed
  • Independently conducts all learning activities from needs analysis to design, development, and delivery
  • Designs, plans, and delivers/facilitates training on topics like Cloud and other IT skills

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Associate Director to develop, refine, and prioritize the skilling roadmap, aligning with IT needs
  • Reports progress to upward management and all non-Executive stakeholders
  • Manages the Intake process to capture and report on learning team requests (e.g., course development, LMS updates)
  • Provides LMS support for the team and, as availability allows, the rest of IT
  • Supports the Associate Director in all reporting on learning requests
  • Manages learning tool license administration for prudent allocation across IT
  • Applies a consulting mindset to build solution-focused partnerships with stakeholders and SMEs
