Responsibilities

Provide fast, practical legal advice that empowers clients to move confidently
Support clients from onboarding through to long-term partnerships, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless and supportive
Identify opportunities to expand client engagement with our broader suite (Promotions App, Marketing Review App, Secondments, Gateway)
Drive product and process improvements that save time and increase value
Help build a loyal client base who become Plexus advocates
Collaborate cross-functionally across Client Services, Product and Legal to solve challenges and share wins
Mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, helping them develop and thrive
Dive into new systems and legal domains with curiosity and confidence
Act as a subject-matter expert, showcasing how Plexus solves real marketing compliance problems
