Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a related pharmaceutical major
  • At least 3 years of experience as a KAM in TOP domestic or foreign companies
  • Familiarity with the local pharmaceutical market conditions, characteristics, and relevant policies and regulations
  • Proficiency in hospital product access, safe operations, centralized procurement bidding and reporting processes
  • Strong regional business planning, key account management, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
  • Strong communication skills, resource integration, and ability to contribute to team performance
  • Skilled in operating computers and common office software (Microsoft Office: Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, etc.)
  • Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (at least equivalent to CET-4 level)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure target product success rate in hospitals with clinical orders based on the annual target hospital access plan
  • Drive formal access or temporary procurement processes for hospitals requiring access, provide solutions for collaboration with key decision-making departments (hospital office, medical affairs, pharmacy department, Medicare office) and implement them
  • Manage safe operations for target hospitals including VBP product delisting, VBP product restoration to formulary, Medicare reimbursement restrictions, etc
  • Collect insights on business and academic development needs of target hospitals, organize pharmacy exchange activities, establish pharmacy management forums, conduct drug safety training, etc., to help key customers improve business levels
  • Plan innovative projects such as pharmacoeconomics advantage studies, pharmacokinetic advantages, drug efficacy and safety research, etc.; collaborate with sales team on pharmacy expert grassroots activities
  • Cross-departmental communication: collaborate with business team on price negotiations for target hospitals, with access team on volume reporting and bidding, with sales team on obtaining temporary procurement department orders; regularly organize communication meetings to share latest policies, market info, and activities
  • Responsible for maintaining 48 tertiary hospitals, collect key customer information and enter into SFA system, achieve company KPI for key account coverage
