Senior Java Developer – Microservices & Cloud (AWS)

The Senior Software Developer will design modern, domain-driven, event-driven microservices architectures for AWS cloud deployment, integrating with event management/streaming technologies, Docker, and Kubernetes. Responsibilities include developing and supporting applications in billing, collections, and payment gateway domains, supporting existing services, and implementing new business solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate business needs and provide end-to-end technical solutions, contributing to all phases of the SDLC using Domain Driven Design and Object Oriented Design principles. The developer will perform hands-on coding, adhere to secured coding guidelines and Test-Driven Development, work with QA teams on testing, support system testing and platform migration, and make enhancements to existing Java and Spring applications. Additionally, the role requires ensuring quality, security, and compliance requirements, acting as an escalation point for application support, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, and troubleshooting issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
