Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and lead projects for new greenfield manufacturing location in Hendersonville
  • Build and maintain good relationships with staff and IT infrastructure teams
  • Coordinate and direct vendors to complete projects and tasks
  • Ensure quality services are performed to the agreed SLA
  • Ensure systems, processes, and methodologies are followed for effective IT delivery monitoring, control, and support
  • Maintain and develop Incident, Problem, and Change Management principles for the location
  • Ensure first-class IT delivery for infrastructure services
  • Resolve remote and on-site support issues to customer satisfaction
  • Optimize and maintain Service Management processes
  • Ensure proper 1st Level support while maintaining quality for the facility
  • Provide 2nd Level support and lead local Client/Infrastructure and LAN change activities
  • Design and support Local Production/Manufacturing Connectivity
  • Handle printer installation, configuration, and support
  • Act as smart hand for Hosting services (physical reboot/racking of servers/equipment)
  • Design and support conference room and streaming technology
  • Support site IT Manager in interacting with IT Service Tower Owners
  • Provide inputs to IT Manager for budget, long-range plan, and forecast
  • Manage full lifecycle deployment for Computer Desktop & Laptop systems
  • Maintain security life of assets and provide budgetary inputs for End of Security Life assets
  • Configure new and existing devices according to corporate standards
  • Perform Desktop Application installation and troubleshooting
  • Lead Hardware Refresh Projects
  • Maintain client security settings (e.g., admin rights, software installs)
  • Identify and mitigate Cyber Risks for the facility
  • Support staff via phone, email, chat, etc
  • Provide intermediate network, security, and printing support, owning problem resolution
