Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering roles, with a strong foundation in cloud-native and enterprise environments. Proven experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure is required, along with proficiency in identity platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, and Google, and a strong understanding of Zero Trust principles. Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing concepts is necessary, as is hands-on experience with observability tools and experience deploying and maintaining macOS, Windows, and Linux devices using enterprise UEM tools. Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation is also required.
The Senior IT Systems Engineer will deliver scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions across IAM, UEM, automation, and API integration platforms, contributing to IaC patterns that support global scalability, observability, and security. They will translate business and compliance requirements into auditable infrastructure solutions, embed DevOps best practices into internal tooling, and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new tools and frameworks. Responsibilities include supporting automation of workflows, participating in the evolution of Zero Trust and automation-first approaches, and building/maintaining internal scripts and tools. The role involves contributing to high-impact programs such as identity modernization, zero-touch deployment, and infrastructure readiness for audits, while partnering with various teams to ensure secure and efficient delivery. Additionally, the engineer will support knowledge sharing, documentation, design reviews, and engineering standards, while contributing to sprint planning, OKRs, and roadmap alignment, and supporting junior engineers through peer reviews and project contributions.
