  • Oversee network, device lifecycle management, and Audio Visual (AV) conferencing solutions
  • Implement proactive monitoring of IT systems for optimal performance and security
  • Drive corporate security initiatives, including deploying Zero Trust Access and managing EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response)
  • Support compliance efforts by providing evidence and documentation from an IT perspective
