Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Experience with automation tools, data visualization, and Power BI
  • Proven ability to detail business processes and translate them into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or process improvement methodologies (preferred)
  • Familiarity with project management practices (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) (preferred)
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Industrial Manufacturing environments (preferred)
  • Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile methodologies (preferred)
  • Exposure to MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) or automation technologies (e.g., PLC integration), or equivalent experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with site manufacturing and operations teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Lead the implementation and improvement of ERP modules related to production, inventory, and quality
  • Support automation tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI) for reporting and process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for operational efficiency and digital transformation
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers or vendors for delivery
  • Conduct system testing, training, and documentation for users
  • Apply project management methodologies to manage initiatives from conception to completion
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for site-level business systems
