Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. They must have at least 3 years of experience in system integration or DevOps, along with 3+ years of experience working with enterprise integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Workday Integrations, Boomi, Workato, or Snaplogic. Furthermore, candidates are required to have experience utilizing monitoring tools like Datadog or Coralogix.

Responsibilities

The Senior IntegOps Engineer will conduct issue research and forensics across the integrations platform and other systems to resolve data-related and integration issues, collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to understand production issues, create comprehensive documentation focusing on run documents, partner with business teams to understand systems like Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake for troubleshooting, monitor and maintain integration processes to ensure uptime and reliability, enhance and optimize existing integrations through testing automation and continuous improvement, create and maintain standards and documentation for operational processes, manage CICD pipelines in Github Actions, and perform system administration, maintenance, and support to production systems.
