Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a Master's degree preferred. They should have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of analytical techniques and methodologies. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI are essential. Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.
The Senior Insights Analyst will translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations through sophisticated analysis and modeling. They will lead complex, strategic deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities to grow revenue, profitability, market penetration, customer retention, and sales productivity. The role involves designing and building reports, dashboards, and tools to provide GTM and sales teams with visibility into key business metrics and improve productivity. Furthermore, the Senior Insights Analyst will lead business reviews with the leadership team to identify key business trends and opportunities, and collaborate closely with various teams including GTM Design, Sales Operations, Sales Activation, Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing.
