Position Overview

The Senior Implementation Specialist will work across functional units to ensure success. This role requires prioritizing opportunities, a desire for accomplishment, and the ability to influence team members. You will convey ideas and information through presentations, manage a variety of tasks while keeping them prioritized, and bring creative and strategic solutions to resolve issues and implement changes to evolve processes and challenge current thinking.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit technical knowledge.
• Prioritize implementation tasks in order of importance.
• Present project plans, system overviews, and demonstrate product features across Experian's suite of products.
• Build exceptional experiences for the Experian Employer Services portfolio of capabilities.
• Partner with a broad array of team members including other members of our world-class Development, Product, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
• Report to the Manager, Implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Consulting.
• Project management experience with a focus on timelines and project closure.
• Project documentation experience.
• Managed a range of concurrent complex implementations from medium to large/Enterprise level clients.
• Experience with client data files or API delivered interfaces.
