Requirements

Candidates should possess 4+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or international HR with a focus on Germany, and fluency in both English and German languages. They must demonstrate strong knowledge of global relocation, immigration, and tax compliance, particularly within Germany, and have experience working with cross-functional teams including HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance.

Responsibilities

The Senior Immigration Specialist will ensure and maintain compliance in their assigned country according to immigration laws and regulations, processing immigration-related administrative tasks such as preparing and submitting applications, liaising with local providers, auditing and updating mobility knowledge, providing support to EORs and clients, and managing the entire employment life-cycle for non-nationals. They will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of mobility operations in the assigned countries and working on special projects as assigned.
