Senior I&C Engineer (Instrumentation and Controls) at Valdes Architecture and Engineering

Senior Engineers are expected to lead projects and project teams, managing project man-hour budgets and scheduling of department man-hours. They will supervise and monitor project staff to ensure engineering packages are completed on time and within budget, analyze and design engineering packages for clients, prepare instrumentation specifications for purchase, establish and maintain relationships with key client contacts, review and check design drawings, and ensure documents produced by the team follow quality standards. Furthermore, they will be responsible for designing low to medium voltage power distribution systems, developing instrumentation identification and installation packages, and providing experience with Distributed Control Systems and electrical heat trace design.
