Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years' experience in human resources with labor relations focus
  • Ability to build trust and strong partnerships with all levels of management and employees
  • Master’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide Human Resources and Labor Relations support to the Pall Deland manufacturing site
  • Participate in and support the development and implementation of employee relations policies, programs, and services
  • Implement human resources policies, programs, and services, including recruitment, legal compliance, employee engagement, and communications
  • Deliver training programs for front line supervisors monthly and ensure compliance with corporate training initiatives, including annual compliance training
  • Drive recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns/Co-Ops, and temporary employees
  • Participate in planning and implementation as it relates to employee relations
  • Provide training and coaching to all levels of management on employee relations issues
  • Advise associates and leaders on the latest changes to the Company's policies and practices
  • Implement and annually update employee relations programs and engagement surveys, in accordance with corporate guidelines
  • Rewrite job descriptions as necessary
  • Administer the local employee handbook, attendance policy, and state addendums
