Requirements

  • HR Consulting: Mastery of HR consulting tools, methodologies, and models, with experience managing multiple projects and consulting relationships in a confidential and effective manner
  • Talent Management: Ability to design and implement programs for attracting, developing, and retaining talent, including the creation of individualized development plans for high-potential employees

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted coach, offering expert guidance to leaders and managers on performance management, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and talent development matters
  • Align and implement HR policies and programs within the business unit or region to drive employee engagement, retention, and high performance
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, formulating sound recommendations and delivering high-impact executive reports
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, supporting the identification and prioritization of HR initiatives that advance both short- and long-term organizational objectives
  • Lead and develop HR teams, fostering collaboration with Centers of Excellence and serving as a benchmark for best practices
  • Design and execute change management methodologies and materials to ensure the effective adoption of HR programs and processes throughout the organization
